Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postal location; please retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned woolens, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
